The Steps

Step by Step
  1. 01

    Prep with sunscreen and primer

Take a soybean-sized amount of sunscreen-primer hybrid, dot it evenly all over your face, and pat and blend with your fingertips. Apply a thin extra layer on the red-prone areas around your nostrils.

  2. 02

    Press on cushion foundation

Dip a cushion puff into your cushion foundation, then gently press and blend it outward from the center of your face. Keep the layer sheer for a natural, your-skin-but-better finish.

  3. 03

    Set selectively with loose powder

Dip a large fluffy brush into a small amount of loose powder, tap off the excess, then lightly sweep it over your T-zone and other areas prone to oiliness. Keep a subtle glow on your cheeks.

    Fill in soft natural brows

Use a light brown brow pencil to fill in sparse areas following your natural hair growth pattern. Extend the tail of your brow into a soft arch, then comb through with a spoolie to avoid harsh, blocky color.

Pro tipChoose a brow shade one step lighter than your hair color for a softer, more natural look.

    Apply low-saturation eyeshadow

Use a large eyeshadow brush to sweep a light apricot shade all over your eyelid. Then use a small brush to pick up a light brown shade and deepen the outer third of your eye for a natural, de-puffing effect.

  6. 06

    Fill in invisible inner eyeliner

Use a brown kohl pencil to fill in the gaps along your upper lash line. There is no need to extend the line at the outer corner—just a faint brown line that naturally makes your eyes look bigger.

    Create sunflower lashes

First, use an eyelash curler to curl your lashes in three sections: root, middle, and outer corner. Then apply two coats of lengthening mascara to keep every lash separated and clump-free.

Pro tipHold the curler for 3 seconds before releasing for longer-lasting curl.

    Add natural nose contour

Dip a gray-brown contour brush into a small amount of contour powder, tap off the excess, then lightly sweep from below your brow bone along both sides of your nose bridge down to the tip to create dimension.

    Contour your face

Dip a contour brush into a small amount of contour powder, sweep from below your cheekbone along your jawline, then lightly brush along your hairline to shape your face without looking harsh.

    Brighten with sheer highlighter

Use your finger to pick up a small amount of dewy highlighter, dot it on your nose bridge, nose tip, upper cheekbones, and brow bone, then pat gently to blend for a natural, luminous glow.

    Add fresh pink blush

Dip a blush brush into a small amount of peach blush, tap off the excess, then lightly sweep it on your apple cheeks and blend upward toward your temples for a healthy, natural flush.

    Finish with glossy peach lips

First apply a layer of lip balm as a base, then swipe on a thin layer of peach lip tint. Use your fingertip to softly blur the lip edges for a natural glass-lip effect.

Lock in makeup with setting spray

Hold the bottle about 20 cm from your face, spray evenly in X and T motions, then let it air dry to make your makeup last longer and look more seamless.
